The class will discuss how to identify ethical issues of the insurance business. It will also explain why ethical behavior matters for insurance professionals. It will give you a chance to practice making ethical decisions in sales and claims situations. Applicable to licenses from the State of Illinois only for 3 CE credits .
Water Loss Basics -
Thursday, January 31, 2019 9:00am-12:00pm
The course will provide an overview of water damage basics including a discussion on frozen pipes and
winterizing your property. There will be a live demonstration and hands-on training opportunities as well.
Applicable to licenses from the State of Illinois & Wisconsin for 3 CE credits.
Microbial Risk Management -
Thursday, March 14, 2019 9:00am-12:00pm
The class will demonstrate microbial contamination within the restorative drying industry. It will also discuss proper protocol and insurance coverage allowances suggested by industry experts. Applicable to licenses from the State of Illinois only for 3 CE credits.
