David Penfield, Crew Foremen, and On-Site United Services Crew were terrific, each and every one of them! It was a pleasure doing business with them, even when the situation became increasingly stressful. My respect for David was challenged as a continued series of delays that impeded the mitigation process itself. Nonetheless, David hung in there with sustained courtesy and professional effort in honoring our agreements, and I deeply respect him for that.
